Cooking Cashew Chicken/ A Giveaway Winner

This is what I cooked tonight.  It was really easy to make.  It was kinda blah, but that's okay.  It looked really good on the cover of the box.  Maybe it will taste better tomorrow.  I love leftovers. 
About the giveaway.  I WON!!  I usually do not win.  It was the Valentine giveaway that I posted on my blog a couple of days ago.  I am psyched.  My beautiful cross stitch from the exchange and the giveaway.  Best valentine day in a looong time.
